If the hospital sent those accounts to a collection agency you'll have to contact/deal with the CA.
But first try to find the proof of your payments (cancelled checks), and send copies of them to hoever you deal with.
If neither of them budges, dispute the entries with the CRAs, by also sending them copies of those cancelled checks.

Sending copies of the canceled checks will only prove that the account was paid after c/o.

Are the items reporting correctly on your credit reports?

Have you disputed them with the CRA's?

    Thank you Enigma and Greg

    Thank you Enigma and Greg,

I disputed them with credit Bureau, they were showing unpaid, and now they are showing (paid)

Yes, they are reported correctly on my credit. I have read couple of posts from ppl who sent goodwill letters to the Original creditor and , They managed to have them deleted.

Do I withstand a chance in doing the same?

    Thank you and Merry christmas.

Are the accounts marked as being in dispute on your credit reports? Are the dates of status the date which the account went thirty days past due and was never brought current? Is there a date of first major delinquency or a date of last activity?

If not, then it is incomplete and therefore, inaccurate. Look these fields over and see if anything is there . . .
