can my bank apply for me

    I recent;y opened a checking account at a local bank, and upon being approved i was hounded by the lady who opened my account to apply for their credit card, I informed her that i wasnt sure i wanted to and left it at that....low and behold i get a denial letter from the card issuer FOR A CARD I NEVER APPLIED FOR OR GAVE HER AUTHORIZATION TO APPLY FOR ME. Is this a violation that I can sue for

    Try this..."Since you applied for it with-out my written permission...YOU BETTER HAVE THE DENIAL OVER-RIDDEN...or my bank account will be $1,000 bigger thanks to SMALL CLAIMS COURT".

    you don't want a loan at the bank where you keep your money.
    If something goes wrong they will wipe out your money
