I just had a collections lady from MBNA call me three times. The first time I asked who was calling before identifying myself. I then hung up when she said MBNA. She called right back. Same lady asked for me. I said "Hi, I'm TomJones." and then hung up. She called again. She identified herself. I said "Hi, I'm TomJones and I'm hanging up." No callback after yet, although this was five minutes ago. As an OC, can they call an unlimited number of times?
