   I went to TU online got my DH score it said 723 Countrywide pulled TU and she said it came back 599 ?????????????

   The online TU score isn't the Empirica score (FICO). It's a bogus score to appease the consumer. Try ELOAN - many have reported that the ELOAN score is closer to FICO.
