Ch.7 BK discharged 12/02. TransUnion report for hubby shows all these old (but GOOD) accounts that we held jointly, along with the bad (discharged) accounts. His score is 575. My TransUnion report doesn't show ANY of our old (GOOD) accounts, only the bad. And the only current account that we have (car in my name) shows, but reports as "reaffirmation of debt," which the CRA says is a negative. My score is 493! WTH? Can I request that they put all those old accounts back on my report? Will they do it? Thanks for your help.
Bev, I believe the CRA's will tell you to contact the OC's to get the good accounts reporting again. Of course, they are not required to do so..
