I posted yesterday but for some reason, my post is no longer here! I need some advice--I recently purchased my first home. During the loan process, I took care of most or all of the negative items on my credit report. They are still showing on my report, although showing as "satisfied". There are about 8-10 items altogether and they include collections, judgements, etc. These items are drastically bringing down my score. It is now UNDER 500! I need to refinance but cannot with a score like that. I realize that part of the problem is the fact that the mortgage loan is large and that will bring down my score somewhat until I've paid on it a little longer. My question: Is there anyway that those satisfied entries can be deleted?? Can anyone do that? Can anyone recommend an organization who can do that and do it QUICKLY? Thanks for your help!
