Can someone start a petition to 1) "block" hard inquiry from CA without consumer's signature(in last 30 days,,,)? 2) CRA to Remove inquiry as soon consumer disputes it. 3) Any CA violated the law should pay $ 5000 /per violation instead of 1K 4) Any Ca with over 5 violation should be out of business..... 5)...............anything you can think of? http://www.petitiononline.com
Heck. "CA/OC/CRA must send all correspondence to the consumer via CMRRR and validate the information with the consumer BEFORE reporting it to on a consumer's CR. CRA must have in hand an absolute proof permissable purpose (signed application, etc) before posting an inquiry on a consumer's report. AND MOST OF ALL...FICO should not be damaged just because the consumer has a shorter average age of accounts if all accounts have been paid in full."
