I have a99 chevy venture that is involved in a lawsuit against General Motors, and the credit union is trying to re-po it. I have not paid the 450 a month because the car is a lemon. can they repo something that is evidence in a court case?
Unless your lawyer can get an injunction stopping them, they sure can. I'd suggest you and your lawyer get busy documenting all of the evidentary stuff you'll need in your lawsuit. And, expect them to come after you for the deficiency.
