I had a collection reinserted on TU and called them today. this is what I was told that : 1.There were no managers on duty that I could talk to 2.There was no legal department at Trans Union 3.They could only redispute the account Can you believe they would say that?
yes LOL Don't call, write, and make sure you wait 5 BUSINESS days from the date it was reinserted before you do so.
I wouldn't e-mail. WRITE a letter--send it CRRR. Then you have proof of mailing and proof of delivery. Send it to their legal department. If you don't get satisfaction, your next letter is an ITS.
