Yep- I can believe it... already told you my story, TU is totally messing with scores- I've given up fighting them about it. Just get the derogs off- figure its gotta get better eventually.
Well, it's a double edged sword.. Many people dispute items HOPING that the creditor won't respond in a timely manner and the entire tradeline will be deleted. To remedy this, write a letter to both JCP and TU...it'll take some time, but they'll get the account back on there.. jmart
nope, even if they send an update tape to the CRA, it still likely won't be re-inserted unless you ask. jmart
Let's see if I am finally getting this: If they delete a bad item and the tape updates it gets reinserted They delete a good item and the tape updates nothing? Crap I will call JCP
Often, even with a monthly tape, the account won't be reinsterted, positive or negative. It may, but I'd fire off a couple letters just incase if I were you.. jmart
