Can you send CMRR to PO Box?

    Can you send a CMRR when the collection agency is only listed on the CRA report with a PO Box? Thanks.

    Yes. They get a card in their P.O. Box indicating that they have received a letter requiring a signature, and they sign the green card when they pick up that letter from the post office.

    thanks for the info. I am just concerned that they may not accept it/ sign for it.

    They could refuse to accept it even if it was sent to a PHYSICAL address.

    The problem for them is that even if they REFUSE it, they RECEIVED it...

    You'll get the RETURNED CMRRR, sign for it that you picked the refused CMRRR up, then you'll have an UNOPENED envelope with your correspondence, and a BIG REFUSED stamped on it, for the judge to break the seal on when you sue them for violating whatever notice was contained in the envelope.
