With experian that is?? When I follow the links, all I get is back to my report! If they keep making me look at it, I'm gonna have nightmares!!! Thanks!
After you place an item in "dispute" the website forwards you back to your report, but now the account you're disputing should be highlighted in blue and say something like "This item is currently under investigation." Is this what is happening to you?
No... I can't even get to dispute anything! It just takes me to the "Welcome" page for your report...am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
Click, for example, "negative items" at the top under welcome. Then highlight the item name and choose "investigate" at the top and you should be able to follow the fill-in forms to dispute.
Once you get to the "Welcome" page, you should see at the top, in the middle: Welcome * Potentially Negative Items *Accounts in good standing Request for your Credit History Personal Information Your personal statement Click on "potentially negative items", that should take you too the screen where any derog is listed. Click on the derog you want to dispute, then click on "request investigation".
