I'm from Canada, hence all the online credit rating tools I've come accross so far don't seem to apply to me, since they require a social security number (Canadians have a social insurance number). I've come accross interesting tools on the equifax.com site, but the equifax.ca site is very much behind the times Anyone know any **online** resources for *Canadian* residents to get credit report updates/scores etc? Thanks
Before I left Canada (2 years ago) I requested a copy of my equifax report. All it listed was a history of my credit (and credit usage). I don't think they use a score per se but rather rate the credit/debts and comments it contains.

It's Google, Dave! Find anything. I have seen this question come up so many times on credit boards, that I have made a collection for the main questions asked by new immigrants, Canadians, several European sites and the Pacific Rim. I just didn't have anything better to do However, some of them I can't read. LOL. breeze who is always learning something new...
Immortal Y'all ought to let the CRA's know you want your own stuff. They're in it for the money. They found out we'd pay for this stuff, that's why they developed it. They really don't like us at all, but they want our money. Build a website, start a message board, or go help one that already exists (they look kind of commercial). We created the demand - we give 'em he11 as you can see They figured out how to make money out of it. breeze
