straight from their email......... I would call them and get a confirmation number that it was in fact cancelled. Be prepared, they won't let you off lightly. They will continue to try and convince you that you should stay on!

I just tried it. After you log in to CE, click the my profile link just above where it says "Welcome Your Name" Then click on "view my subscription accounts" almost all the way at the bottom. You'll get a new screen with the option to cancel.
