is there a way to cancel credit watch and credit expert on line? My free 30 days are about to be up, and I do not want to be billed. I am having a problem with notification by bothe services.
to terminate credit expert you have to call 1-800-787-6864. You can't cancel it online. Hope this helps, clc
Here is a post from JudyPuty describing how to cancel CE It says this method has problems...but if you scroll down the thread you see she says it finally did work and she did not have to call...I cancelled CE this way and can verify it worked for me without needing to call. I would take her advice though and NOT do this last minute...do it 2 days or so before your free trial expires. -Peace, Dave
Actually, Credit Expert can be cancelled online, log into credit expert and click on My Profile (next to Log Out) and scroll all the way down to subscription accounts and then cancel. I have cancelled this way with no problems.
