hi fellow credit netters, I subscribed to privista.com's 30-day free trial offer. I am not satisfied because they only update once a week(I crave daily notification as with credit expert). I want to cancel however, i do not see a number to call or any option to select for cancellation. HELP, i dont want to be charged for this. Do any off you know how to cancel properly.......PLEASE share. THANKS in advance LOVE & PEACE
Just send them an email stating that you want to cancel and they will. There should be somewhere on the home page where it says "contact us".
thanks 4 the info.....i did that last night ......but was still able to log in to the account today.....so based on your responce i guess i did the right thing. Maybe it just takes them some time to cancel it. I certainly hope they do it before the 30 days is out....how long does it take them generally? again, thans 4 responding LOVE & PEACE
