Cancelling Privista.com

    hi fellow credit netters,



    I subscribed to privista.com's 30-day free trial offer. I am not satisfied because they only update once a week(I crave daily notification as with credit expert). I want to cancel however, i do not see a number to call or any option to select for cancellation. HELP, i dont want to be charged for this. Do any off you know how to cancel properly.......PLEASE share.

    Just send them an email stating that you want to cancel and they will. There should be somewhere on the home page where it says "contact us".

    thanks 4 the info.....i did that last night ......but was still able to log in to the account today.....so based on your responce i guess i did the right thing. Maybe it just takes them some time to cancel it. I certainly hope they do it before the 30 days is out....how long does it take them generally?

    i had to wait a few days and then the sent me a email addy to cancel
