I called today some CRA to have them delete some old adresses. To my surprize they did over the phone. However there was one CRA that I called and the gentleman said that he was unable to accesss my report at this time. Is that bad? I have a couple disputes with them on some items being reported that are not mine could this be the reason they locked the file?
