OK Saar brought this Experian change up last week. Has anyone heard anything? I don't want to spread rumors but a friend spoke to creditexpert and was told that disputing inquiries may be gone now. Something was said about a policy change but the girl was not sure. I hesitate to say anything to them myself since I just got rid of 4 inquiries and haven't been a member very long..

Just logged into EX. Still unable to dispute inquiries. Maybe experian caught on to the fact that 99% of inq's disputed (at least disputing through the website/CE) have been deleted, no questions asked.

Are they allowed to stop us from disputing inq's all together? -At least TU lets us dispute them. (Although they seldomly delete)

    Hey Mind,

You got the same response I did. I need to check more back posts about TU inquiries. Some place I got the idea they are difficult to remove. EQ looks hopeless.

    King,

I can vouch for TU being difficult in removing inq's. I've tried directly through them, and through the BBB. Same reponse each time. Something about the companies not needing my signature to pull my file.

    BTW, how's the Camry?

Just checked in with CE also, can't request investigation into inquiries as well. Had so much success in the past!! TU just recently sent me my updated report and much to my surprise and nearly all inquiries deleted. EQ on the other hand is so tough on removing inquiries, have had no luck with them.

What did you say to delete those TU inquiries?

Wrote them a letter detailing the inquiries as they had it on my report and informed them that I expect full resolution to these unauthorized inquiries.
