I am trying to dispute online with EXP and it keeps marking the "report number" field in red, meaning that I have to re-enter this info. I did this several times, even using different report numbers, and the same thing happens every time. Any advice??? Thanks!
I can't use NETSCAPE, I have to use INTERNET EXPLORER... Could that be your problem??? Maybe the computer "THINKS" you have a WRONG #... Call MONDAY, ask for a free NEW report...thell them that your report #'s are DEFECTIVE...
I thought of that last night and tried both browsers. Neither worked. I will try to call them Monday, are you serious about telling them the report # is defective?? It is longer than the other #'s I have.
