both Equifax and Trans Union had my FNBM closed. I disputed-account not closed, and Equifax deleted the account! This is a paid/never late account too. I decided to write customer service at FNBM and ask them to call Equifax and get the account back on. Did I need to do this, would the account have shown up eventually anyhow when FNBM reported the account status down the road?
Yes, you probably did need to do it. Often when a positive tradeline is deleted it doesn't show up again, ever, without some serious intervention. I learned the lesson the hard way with deletions of 4 positive tradelines, only one of which I have gotten back. All the best! DemPooches
