   Tried to PFB Capital One via Mr. Cooke, and when I was prompted to send my letter, it only gave me the option of a Mr. Fairbank or "To whom it may concern". How do I send this to Mr. Cooke?

   Just address it to Mr. Fairbank, CEO. The PFB letter go directly to Mr. Cooke, even though his name is not listed.

   Just put
   
   "To Mr. Cooke" in the body. It will get to him, and quickly. Thats my method.
