I am trying to find out some information on my trans union report. I spent the whole afternoon calling around and getting the run a round. I used the phone number included in the report. I was told to call TU, TU told me that a CRA in my home state was taking care of it. I called them, they said that they don't deal with consumer reports(yeah right). Is their someone that I can get in touch with instead of the same old stuff? I just have a simple question to ask them.
What was the question you wanted to ask TU? All I know is that if TU is reporting something then TU is responsible for what they are reporting and you deal with them. Good luck.
Well what Im trying to do is gather info for my lawsuit. An OC is reporting numerous in-accurate lates on my equifax and TU. Equifax as you may know shows the actual number of lates, however TU doesn't-at least not on my report. So I need to ask TU how many lates are being reported with them. All boils down to TU not revealing a damn thing. They are horrible to deal with. I really just need a number to reach someone other than a pinheaded robotic clerk. Thanks
