Help!! I signed up myself for Privacyguard a couple months back and would like to get DH an account to so we can start pulling his reports regularly to check results of disputes and such. But we only have one Mastercard account to use and Privacyguard will only allow a credit card number to have one account. Is there a loophole to getting past this? Or what other program out there provides the same benefits of being able to pull a current three in one quite often?
I seem to remember when I tried to use the same CC# for DW, the message suggested calling their Customer Service. Perhaps a human being will take the same CC#. Is that an option for you ? Maybe they'll want to talk to you for the CC authorization and your DH for the disclosure authorization ?
I tried that and they said the spouse can't use the on-line ability to pull reports with the same CC number ???!!! But can send in written requests to PG each time they want a report pulled. That sort of defeats the ease of use. But thanks for reminding me that maybe I should have him call and just try to sign up under that card with his info and see what happens...if it comes back that an account already exists under that Mastercard.
Well, hell, that's a raw deal ! Seems kinda' discriminatory, can't see the logic in it. All I can offer is my sympathies.... }8-(
That is goofy with a capital G. I'd raise the heat level by speaking with someone in their corporate offices: Trilegiant 100 Connecticut Avenue Norwalk, CT 06850 Telephone: (203) 956-1000
