Has anyone had this problem? I have posted elsewhere and been unable to solve the problem. It started about 6 months ago. I have called Experian and they offered no help. I have been told by others on another site that it may be a problem with my SSN being listed incorrectly. I have looked thru old reports and all seems fine. Any advice? PLEASE HELP.
Write/call EXP for a copy of your report. What was on your report six months ago could have changed. You probably have some misinformation in your reports or security q's that is not letting you bypass. I had the same problems when I first started and it was linked to false personal information based on id theft. I could never figure it out why I was denied online access until I wrote the CRA's requesting copies of my report.
