So i file with the FTC and will try to see if I can get the credit card Co. to remove the inquiries. I also file with the FTC aganist my bank for pulling my report.
The FTC won't do anything but take your complaint. They do not contact the CA or CRA's after your complaint. If you are looking for that go to your State Attorney General and file a complaint there. I have had good luck getting CA's and CRA's to follow the laws when they get a letter from the Attorney General's office.
