    Hi all,

    If you have a Cap One Platinum card, they are offering 8.9% across the board fixed apr for purchases, balance transfers and cash advances. :)


    The consumer advocate just helped me get this "no hassle" benefit - making Capital One, YET AGAIN, the very best card in my wallet!
