What's going on here? Been almost a week since the statement month closed and they STILL haven't updated yet (and it didn't update AT ALL last month). EXP took less than four days to update. I doubt it's Crap1's fault, so is EQ taking a nap, is the file frozen or split, or is PG getting the wrong information? I could probably pull from EQ directly, but I'd rather not waste the 10 bucks+ if they're going to have the same info PG has. Can't sock drawer the Crap1 noose with the utilization screwed up!
I've said this repeatedly - Capital One does not update regularly. They average about bi-monthly when updating my credit file.
I feel your pain I was wondering the same thing. I paid off one of my Cap1 cards prior to the statement date and they still havent updated. I called them 2 weeks ago and asked them to please report my cards to all 3 CRAs because TU isnt showing that the account exist. (all my cap1 accounts are perfect so I want them reported) and they still haven't been updated. Bet if these were negative reportings they would be there the day the statement closed! Kingsx
Re: Re: Cap 1 balance not updating on EQ It's ALWAYS been monthly like clockwork for mine, which is what has me worried. Almost like they subliminally know what's been going on and they're not going to play into it since they know they're SD'ed if they report it.
