Just had a friend email me and wrote that Cap 1 offered him a Plat. pre-approval card with a 0% APR until April 2004, a go to rate of 12.9%(v) and the best part a cl up to $3103!!! Only Cap 1 can offer a Plat card with a cl up to $3103.00 How do they compute this stuff, jeeze what's the 3 bucks for? Oh well at least he gets offers from Cap 1. Best regards, Mirage

I got an email like that as well although my amount was for 5134. I deleted it but I thought the amount was bizarre
