I called to the exec office this afternoon and the same lady Terry picked up the phone (that lower my APR last Friday). She is so friendly and helpful. She changed my Cap1 from annual fee into no-annual fee trype account. She also give me their Retention Dept and so I can called them directly next time. The Cap1 Retention Dept is (800)889-9939. Ron.

No wait for phone call or email or PFB!!!! Cap1 from 15.9% fixed to 11.9% APR same as KMart MC Cap1 Annual fee $29 to $0 (NO ANNUAL FEE!!!!!!). Ron.

She was very nice, said that I was the first person who explained to her in depth what the ramifications were, but she still couldn't help me. Is Mr. M still there???
