I have been fighting with Cap 1 about this charge off for a few months now and they finally were showing it as a charge off with a zero balance after I faxed them the order of satisfaction.. Everything was fine until today.. Now it is showing I owe $2009 again.. I call up Cap 1 and they say their records show it was settled in full.. Now they are sending me a letter showing me that it is settled in full and they are supposed to be fixing this situation.. AGAIN! Man this is stressing.. What should I do?
