Cap One and Mr. Cooke

    I did a PFB to Mr. Cooke yesterday to ask if he could increse my CL so I could BT and close my Providian card. I got an e-mail telling me to call him back.

    Does this mean he is seriously considering it or that he wants to deny me in person.

    Just wondering if any of you got this response rather than a phone call.
