    Simple = they can't steal enough money that way.


    Bout all of them use to give such a grace period .


    This an example of letting the other guy write up the contract.

    This all goes back to what i said in another post

    R U L E 1 = Dont Let The Other Guy Write The Contrac!

    As long as we continue to let them draw up the contracts we will continue getting more of what you describe above!:

    A contract is an agreement drawn up between two or more interested parties. EVERYONE intelligent knows the BASIC premise of "Don't let the other guy write the contract."

    THE PROBLEM IS, it must be agreed to between TWO people, so THERE IS ALWAYS a SECOND PARTY!!!!!!!!!!

    You the drawer or the drawee? Let's not make the mistake of youth and ignorance where you think the pen and paper is worth more than the intellect!!
