    I recently applied for a Cap One Platinum card and got a regular card with a $1,000 limit, no annual fee, 3.9% intro for 6 months and 9.9% fixed after that, but the customer service rep told me that it doesn't have a grace period. Do most of the Cap One cards come with no grace periods or is it just mine? I'll probably cancel this card because I have a bunch of better cards that do come with grace periods.

    Their web site promotes 2 separate Classic card types: The prime Classic and the subprime Classic.

    The prime classic
    ============
    0% intro APR
    9.9% APR when intro period expires
    Grace period: 25 days
    No annual fee
    To get this card you apply for the Platinum, and if declined they'd automaticly consider you for the prime Classic.

    The subprime Classic

    Grace period: same as above
    Annual fee: $29/year
