i applied for bmg visa card last month and received it with a whopping $200 limit. i called them up and asked for retention dept and thought for sure i wouldn't get any increase. cust svc transferred me to an acct specialist and he immediately offer $100 increase. i thought for sure they would say i would need 6 mos pay history b4 getting an increase but they surprised me. i was happy to get the increase. it is at $300 now. they are weird. i'm hoping on my other cap one accts to get higher increases next time. i'm getting close to 6 months from last increase on two other cards. so we will see what happens. please share your experience too...
