I thought that I had read here at some point about increases through an automated phone system. Was that Cap One? Because I seem to always get a live person?
I called the Capital One number on the back of my card to check a balance. I listened to all the automated options and credit increase was one of them. I punched in that option number to my phone and it asked me for my annual income. I punched in those numbers and it gave me a $100 credit limit on the spot without having to talk to any live person. Good luck
I called last week and got a live CSR. She told me that I had to wait for my review on the 7th of April. Best regards, Sam
