I received my November statement on the 10th, requesting payment by November 4th - I paid online and noticed I had been charged a $25.00 L/C and $25.00 O/L fee - one email, one phone call and they are gone thanks to Mr. Cooke!
What's the direct email to Mr. Cooke?. I was late last month in paying CAP ONE and it REALLY was due to a accident our daughter had maybe if I explain he will drop the late charge. Cherie
I used Planetfeedback to send him email - it goes to their executive offices, he will call you back and/or email you.
I called direct to customer service for a few lates due to an accident with injuries. One card had two sets of fees twice for a total of $116, The other two cards had one late each. Customer service took care of it as a courtesy with no problem. I dealt with all three accounts at one time. It helps if you have had no lates in the last year. I also dealt with customer service from three other companies with no problem.
