Hmmm...sarcasm abounds...have you been jaded by Cap One or PFB? None the less, I have seen some CreditNetters who are really happy with Mr. Cooke's response via PFB. I am just wondering if it a month long ordeal.
It seems on this board lately that his hands are tied with some issues. I wonder if the time he responds is according to how difficult your case/problem/account is. Good luck.
Got my response within a few hours. Mr. Cooke e-mailed me acknowledging my letter and then called my house that same day.
I have done this twice; both times I received a call the next day. It has been a few months ago, so I don't know if things have changed.
I got a call the next day. he couldn't help me, but gave me his number for me to call next month, to see if the situation improved. He was very nice!
