My dad recently got an offer from Cap One: 2.9% intro apr on everything with no fees until Sep. 2002, then a fixed apr of 7.9% on everything. No annual fee No telemarketing CL up to $30,000 Too bad that I never get these kind of offers from Cap One, but I'll wait and see. My oldest account is still under three years so I should be getting better offers soon. BTW I think this is the lowest fixed rate that Cap One is giving so far. I think 8.9% was the previous lowest rate.
