Cap One Public Advocate?

    I remember a Mr. Miller at Cap 1 who helped me resolved some incorrect 30 day late reportings on my CR. Is there someone in his place now as I see one more on the CR.

    Could someone tell me the person's name and phone# and email address?

    A lady from the executive offices called and I have misplaced her name and number. Anyone happen to speak to someone on credit issues?
