   Hi,
   
   I'm still a newbie here, but what from what I can gather Capital one comes to you not you to them right? So far the only offer I've gotten is highway robbery. Aspire $300 limit but 150 fee. Orchard Bank did offer me 100 increase on my secured credit card.
