just applied for cap one and got a lousy 200.00!how are they on giving increases and lowering apr?? do you have to wait long for increases??
zip, Call 1-800-889-9939, put in your account number and you'll go directly to retention. Tell them you want to close the account and ask for an increase to $1000. They may give you $500. Or, you can write them via Planetfeedback, and tell the Consumer Advocate you need a limit of $1000 to keep the account open. He'll do it. Actually, the PFB avenue may be more productive. Marci
