Hi, I am new today. I have a paid in full , settled for less than full balance, charge off with Cap1. Can I use the Nutcase letter ??? I did agree with the settlement, so I don't know if the letter would work.... Please help.... I have tried to get it removed but I can't.... It is fairly new, too, 2 years old.... Thanks,,,, Lilo
