I got a preapproved offer for a card from c(r)ap one. I understand that ttheir preapprovals are more like "real" preapproval then just "preapprovals" which are just "invatation to apply... preselected" cards. if this is true, can anyone tell me if I can use the preapproval somehow to get a cap one biz card??
