OK- I think Cap1 customer services is tops- especially in comparison to other sub-primers BUT I am so tired of the telemarketing. I must get 3 phone calls a week from Cap1 or some affiliate asking me to sign-up for some *special* program. Is there something that can be done about this?
Tell each person that calls, nicely, to take your number off the list. Eventually the calls will die out. But other cards do it too.
