Just got a letter from Westmoreland Agency for a charge off in 1989. Way past the SOL. It says Westmoreland is a Cap1 company. Anyone know of them? The address to dispute is also a Cap1 PO box in VA.

Just received letter from them... FCNB/Eddie Bauer charge-off... sent validation yesterday, so we'll see.
