Good afternoon CNeters! I am about to fire off a goodwill letter to Cap1 and was wondering where and to whom I should address it. Thanks.

A lot of people have had success sending goodwill letters to Capital One through www.planetfeedback.com.

I'm not a ringing endorsement, however -- I sent a letter on April 1 and another on April 18 and still have yet to hear from them.

But lots of people here will swear its the best method.

    peace,
    delilah

I would suggest using PFB, and in all likelyhood you will be contacted back by the famous Mr. Cooke. He may or may not be able to assist you in your situation, but he will listen and at least attempt to help you, unlike many of the reps you will normally get.

    Good luck!

I appreciate the feedback so far. I think I will use PFB, but I would also like to send out some goodwill letters as well. I figure that it can't hurt to send out a bunch. I'd still appreciate a name(s) and address to send my letters to. I saw in Doc's unofficial FAQ, that others have had success with goodwill letters to Cap1, but none have responded to my email. Thanks!
