    Today was the awaited day to call Cap1 and see if they would unsecured my Cap1 card. The reps were powerless to their systems and recommended I call back in another week, until their systems were updated.

    Sounds like B.S. to me. Anyway, I will keep pushing and shoving... until I see the results I want.
