DOES ANYONE HAVE A MAILING ADDRESS FOR HIM? A FRIEND OF MINE IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HER ACCOUNT AND I'VE SEEN ALOT OF POSTERS HERE MENTION HIM. -THANKS-
I agree. I recommend you contact him via PFB. He reads the PFB letters and that gives him time to pull your record up and review things before your call. He usually calls back quickly but sometimes they are busy. I like to think it is better for him to call me when he is ready...maybe he's in a better mood/place when he calls. I still send a PFB letters when I want to speak to him, now I simply write "please call me to discuss my account" ). I have gotten great results 4 or 5 times now from Mr. Miller thru Mr. Cook. JMO though, I could be wrong. -Peace, Dave
That's right. He works in Tampa,FL at Capital One Executive Office. It happens that I have his private address and phone number but sorry it's not for public use.
Copied and pasted directly from an e-mail I received from Mr. Cooke when I was dealing with him a few months back: Eugene Cooke Consumer Advocate-Executive Office Capital One Services http://www.capitalone.com e-mail: webinfo@capitalone.com Though this is a general e-mail address, Eugene assured me that every single e-mail that is sent to that addrsss is reiviewed by him. Still, make sure you address it to him in the text or better yet, the Subject Line. BTW, I neither knew nor cared whether his was the office on the northeast corner of the second floor, or behind the dumpster in the alley. All I know, and all I cared about was that he returned my calls, dealt with me in a courteous manner, and when the time came, deleted twelve derogatories from our CR's.
This is the PFB address indicated for the Capital One Executive offices. He can work in Florida or Timbuctoo, but if you mail to this address it should be intercompanied to him. I would also agree that PFB is the fastest way to get in touch with him. But, if you want to document your communication with him for whatever reason, this is the PFB address listed for CAP1 executive offices of the President.
