    Hello,

I had a set back, and I need some help! I pulled a PG report and noticed my 30 day late on my Cap One account now has gone to a 60 day late. What would the best approach be to handle this? Should I offer to pay to get current in exchange for removing the 30 and the 60? Is this possible? Has anybody had any luck with Cap One? I would appreciate any help or ideas! By the way, who is Mr. Cooke?

    Thanks for the time!,
    Dave

Boy, if you're just 60 days late and can get caught up then do so. If you think 60 days is bad wait'll it goes to 120+ or chargeoff. Solve your problems right now. This is silly to try and negoiate something like this while your credit report gets worse and worse . Pay them and then try either a goodwill {Mr.Cooke may help} or a dispute.
