Monday, Tuesday, and Friday of last week I got Capital One "pre-approveds" in the mail. Not just one, but two. Y'see, about 6 years ago I moved from one apartment in my building to a bigger one. Apparently, Capital One thinks I live in both and sends pre-apps to both of them. So, I pick one of the five and fill out the application online, get immediate approval, and think I'm safe. I also sent 5 of the approvals back with the insides covered with the pretty little stickers but no identifying material. Today, I get 2 more pre-apps from Capital One. (What's in your wallet is what's in my mailbox). Woohoo! Well, I've already done the sticker game, so that's out. I did find a pre-app from another company and send it over to them (removing my identifying info first). I hope they enjoy it and can get more credit too.
